Would you like to return a product or make a complaint? It's easy!

You have 30 days to withdraw from the contract and return the products without giving any reason.

  • Step 3: Return the products

When will you receive your refund?

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the parcel and positive verification of the products.

How will you receive your refund?

The funds will be refunded in the same manner as was used to pay for the order or to the specified bank account.

Important information

Only factory-sealed products without signs of opening or use are eligible for return. The buyer covers the return costs – we do not accept cash on delivery parcels. The refund covers the equivalent of the product price and the delivery cost of the cheapest available option. The right to return does not apply to products: with a short shelf life, delivered in sealed packaging, if they have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Complaints

You have the right to complain if the product is damaged or does not match your order.

  • Description of the defect or non-compliance,
  • Photo of the product(s).
