Frequently asked questions
How is the shipping cost calculated?
It depends on the country, the carrier and the total weight of the parcel. We add up the weight of all products and use the price for the matching weight range.
When is shipping free?
When your order reaches the threshold for your country. The threshold applies to all carriers in that country. Some countries outside the European Union have no free shipping.
When will you ship my order?
Orders placed on a business day before 2 pm (Polish time) usually leave the same day, if the products are in stock.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates in business days, counted from dispatch. Weather, customs clearance or local disruptions can extend them.
How do I choose a pick-up point or parcel locker?
At checkout, choose a method marked “pick-up point” or “parcel locker”. You select the exact point after placing your order.
Can I pay on delivery?
International orders must be paid in advance. Cash on delivery is available in Poland only.
Will I pay customs duty?
There is no customs duty within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, for example to the United Kingdom, Norway or Serbia, the destination country may charge import duties and taxes.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel is dispatched, we email you the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check the order status in your account.
My country is not on the list. Can you ship to me?
Write to us: kontakt@vitalers.com. We will check whether we can ship your order and at what cost.
