How to use?

Each supplement in the set is taken after 1 capsule a day with a meal, washed down with water. A total of 4 capsules per day.

You can take all four supplements at the same time with one meal or spread them out throughout the day — e.g. Magnesium + B6 in the evening, the others in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 0–25°C, out of reach of young children. Close the jar tightly after opening.
